NYCB Costume Shopper

As the Costume Shopper for the New York City Ballet at Lincoln Center during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons, I was in charge of sourcing and managing all fabric and notion orders necessary to build the hundreds of costumes worn each season. This role put me in direct contact with retail + wholesale distributors both domestically and internationally, many of whom I maintain esteemed relationships with to this day. Additionally, I created a new internal system for my colleagues to request supplies, began an electronic record of sources, and assisted with managing certain budgets.
